Press E to Forget

Press E to Forget is a first-person exploration game where, after a night of heavy drinking, you find yourself in a bad situation.  Made for Nina Freeman’s 2018 Wine Jam, Press E to Forget in collaboration with Toby Do and Ryan “Quarkimo” Yoshikami,

  • Look for places to throw up
  • Interact with objects (and pets!)
  • Witness unspeakable horrors

Built with Unreal Engine 4, I created the glow in the dark vomit effects (with a little help from opengameart.org), set up and maintained a Perforce server for version control, and added the beginnings of the AI for a stealth sequence that did not make it into the final game.  This game was made in parallel with Spodiodi Quest 2000.  EyeDisconnected’s Let’s Play of this game, below, is my personal favorite.

Press E to Forget was accepted into the Slamdance DIG festival in LA, Sep. 13-15th, 2018.
